πŸ“Ή Video Review - Montecristo Pilotico Pepe Mendez

Rare pilotico tobacco from the Dominican Republic's Cibao Valley region is the centerpiece of the new Montecristo Pilotico Pepe Mendez cigars from Altadis U.S.A. These rich, well-balanced cigars combine this pilotico tobacco with Nicaraguan leaf, binder from the Dominican Republic and Sumatra wrappers from Ecuador. The result is a smoke that's nutty and smooth with hints of leather and a somewhat sweet finish. Add the expertise of the legendary tobacco-growing Mendez and you know you've got a winner.
The flavorful pilotico tobacco plants require delicate care and tending and have been a particular passion of the Mendez family since the 1960s. The Dominican Republic plants are descended from seeds brought over by the Mendez family from Cuba more than 50 years ago. The new Montecristo Pilotico cigar is designed to honor their dedication to the tobacco industry.
