Corona Cigar Co. Awarded “Best Cigar Lounge in the United States”

Rarely does one have the good fortune to live near a cigar shop that stocks over two million cigars and boasts a retail shop of 8,500 square feet. Deep in the heart of Orlando, Corona Cigar Co. has become an icon and cigar heaven for cigar connoisseurs around the world. Recently, at the annual IPCPR, the largest cigar show in the U.S, owner of Corona Cigar, Jeff Borysiewicz received the prestige Cigar Ambassador award from Cigar Journal Magazine. The award was for all his work in making sure that cigar smokers maintain their right to light up a fine cigar.

On the heels of the Cigar Ambassador Award comes Corona Cigar Co.’s latest recognition from Cigar City Magazine. In their most recent summer issue they have given the title of “Best Cigar Lounge in the United States” to Corona Cigar Co. With three retail locations in Central Florida to choose from, they have put a capital L in luxury when it comes to cigar lounges. Lisa Figueredo, publisher of Cigar City Magazine notes that, “In searching cigar shops across America Corona Cigar Co. is just simply head and shoulders above any cigar shop we could find. They simply have the best selection of cigars and provide the ultimate cigar smoking experience.”

The largest store is in downtown Orlando. It boasts 8,500sqft of pure cigar smoking bliss. In Jeff's words, he wanted to create the “Ultimate Cigar Experience” and if you have ever had the chance to visit one of them, I think you would agree! This location has a world-famous Diamond Crown cigar lounge. You can also taste and experience a number of different fine wines and aged ports that span a number of different countries. In addition, they have a number of premium house brand cigars that have received high marks from cigar lovers who have traveled cross-country just to come and sit in the lounges and smoke the Corona Cigar brands. For those not so lucky enough to make the trip, no worries, Corona Cigar also has a large online retail website. You will be amazed as you browse through the entire selection of cigars that they keep in stock.

The second location in South West Orlando is home to the world headquarters for Corona Cigar Co. This is the original store that Jeff opened in 1996. It offers 5,000 square feet of humidified space and has a cigar menu of over two million cigars. The majority of cigars are in the five to ten dollar range. Also, you will find rare and exclusive cigars, including vintage pre-embargoed Cubans. It truly is an amazing experience and one you won't forget.

The third store is located in Lake Mary-Heathrow right off Interstate 4, in the Colonial Town Park Center. This location is home to the Montecristo Cigar Lounge where you will find a plethora of premium cigars and leather chairs for the ultimate cigar relaxation. You can experience live music every Friday and Saturday night as you sit back and enjoy a cocktail and a smoke. Outside the door to the shop is a vast array of fine dining to choose from including a number of steak houses and seafood restaurants.
